A small design/build company that takes on big, odd, hard projects and runs them like a mission.
Premier Construction + Design is owned and run by Chris Grunewald. You talk to Chris from the first call through the final walkthrough.
The way the jobs run: plan hard, communicate clearly, no surprises. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.
We've been building in Southeastern Wisconsin for over ten years: custom homes, additions, whole-home renovations, kitchens, baths, basements and decks, from Geneva Lake to Oconomowoc to the Milwaukee metro. A lot of our clients are second-home owners who need one accountable person running the job while they're not there. The rest live in the house and want the same thing.
We won't always be the lowest bid. A low bid is easy to write when the change orders come later. Our number is the number, and the job comes in where we said it would.
Pricing an architect's drawing after the fact is how remodels blow up. We engineer the design to the number from day one.
Outlets evenly spaced on both sides of the sink. Tile layouts planned so the cuts land where nobody looks. Small things, every time.
We publish our pricing and give ballparks over the phone. If we're not the right fit, you find out in ten minutes, not two months.
The owner sells the job, plans the job and answers the phone. Our project manager runs the site daily. That's the whole org chart.
Tell us what you're thinking. We'll give you an honest range before anyone drives anywhere.
